The core area of expertise include process reengineering, designing SOPs, departmental manuals and guidelines, process flows, implementation of quality systems & protocols, cost containment, managing people and vendor management. She has worked as a core team member in a process reengineering project led by Mckinsey for Fortis Healthcare. Has expertise in identifying performance gaps, designing efficient processes & developing performance review mechanisms.

She is a post graduate in Hospital Administration from Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur.

Aditya Mani

Aditya heads technical operations at acuis™ – a leading provider of cloud-based software and services for the Indian healthcare industry. At acuis, he has been instrumental in the use of next generation technologies that enhance user experience and stakeholder participation within the health ecosystem.

Aditya currently serves as an IT consultant on the board of leading hospitals and healthcare groups in India. His focus areas include citizen-centric personal health records, health portals and touch-enabled interfaces. He is recognized in the Indian healthcare IT industry and has been invited to share views on EMR adoption and interoperability of health data at various forums in the country. He has completed his Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California Irvine. He is a licensed senior zapthink architect and a certified IQ Auditor from KPMG and has attended executive education courses on healthcare and information technology from Indian School of Business, IIM, Ahmedabad and Harvard University. He is also a member of the industry advisory committee of the CIO academy board at the Indian School of Business.

OP Manchanda

An IIM-Ahmedabad alumini, Dr. O P Manchanda started his career with Hindustan Lever Limited (HLL) as a management trainee in the year 1990. His next stint was with Monsanto, a biotech company, where he was part of a team that successfully launched their first ever biotech product Bt-Cotton as the head of Sales and Marketing. In 2003, he thus joined Ranbaxy as Head – Marketing and later moved as Head-International and Innovation group, Consumer Healthcare Division. Ultimately, in 2005, he left it to join Dr Lal PathLabs Pvt Ltd as the COO. Today, he is the CEO of the company and has revitalized the brand into a Rs 100 crore company.

Prof HS Rissam

Dr. Rissam is associated with a number of prestigious professional bodies like Indian Society of Electrocardiology, Indian College of Cardiology, International College of Angiology, American College of Chest Physicians, etc., and is also the executive committee member at the Cardiological Society of India, and governing council M\member in Indian College of Cardiology.

Dr. Rissam has been conferred with Padmashree in 2006, in which the government recognized him for his distinguished contribution, and has received more than 20 honors, awards and citations from different scientific, academic and social societies.  He has published more than 100 publications in national and international medical journals.  Dr. Rissam brings with him 30 years of experience in cardiology and medicine.

Currently, he is a Member of the Board of Governors, Medical Council of India, and also the director of Critical Cardiac Sciences at Max Heart & Vascular Institute.

Dr Nishant Jain

Dr  Nishant Jain is Sr. Technical Specialist (Health Insurance & Health Finance), GIZ. Currently, he is working as an Advisor to Government of India on their National Health Insurance Programme called Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana.

Dr. Praneet Kumar is currently the CEO of Dr B L Kapur Memorial Hospital. He is a senior healthcare  professional, with over 32 years of experience as a healthcare business manager.  He is the recipient of the 1999 Yoshioka / Japan Hospital Fellowship of International Hospital Federation and was enlisted as an outstanding achiever in healthcare in ‘Pride of Rajasthan’.  He started his career with Moolchand Hospital, New  Delhi, and evolved into a hospital management consultant. During his 16 years at Fortis Healthcare, he oversaw the functions of Medical Services, Projects, Strategic Planning, Quality

Assurance and Public Private Partnerships. He represents various committees including Member Healthcare Forum of FICCI and the Chairman of the NABH Technical Committee. He is also on the Boards of QCI and NABH.

Rajendra Pratap Gupta

Rajendra Pratap Guptais an original thinker and an innovator. He became the Chief Operating Officer of a MNC chain within 7 years of starting his career. In his 8^th year he became the member of the Board of Directors, and in the 9^th he was the CEO. In the 10^th, he got appointed as the Vice Chairman. One can certainly draw the conclusion that he has climbed the corporate ladder really fast. He is the first non USA citizen to be nominated to the prestigious board of the Care Continuum Alliance, USA.

Often, policy makers across political parties reach out to Rajendra Gupta to seek his inputs, not just on healthcare policy but on diverse issues concerning the economy. He has also advised policy makers on implementation of healthcare in India, Middle East and Europe.

In 2009, he became the youngest Chairman of the International Telemedicine Congress. A recipient of the Young Global Achiever award and many other awards in India, Rajendra Gupta sits on the boards of major industry organisations and several healthcare and retail boards across USA, Europe and India.

Dr Sanjeev Sood

Dr Sanjeev Sood is highly experienced and accomplished professional successfully blending medical expertise with organizational leadership in hospital operations, quality assurance, design and planning, medico legal issues and all the emerging technologies, trends and practices in health care ecosystem. He has completed one AR & DB Project and done several other research projects with various agencies incld IEA. Have participated in Intl multicentric study-‘INICC Report 2009-10’, published in Am Jour of Infection Control, Feb 2010,KAP study on Epilepsy and done several other projects and trials. He has successfully managed several AF Hospitals (Station Medicare Centres) providing quality and comprehensive medical cover to a large dependant population.

Murali is the Associate Vice President (Healthcare) at Technopak. Murali has over 15 year’s experience in managing responsibilities related to different aspect of Health Sector including Strategy, Planning, Operations, Sales, Projects, Information Technology, Human resource management, Training, Business Development and Market Research. He has worked with organizations like Apollo Hospitals, SitaramBhartia Institute of Science and Research, Max Healthcare & Wockhardt Hospitals before joining Technopak Advisors ltd.

Over the years he has handled responsibilities of Planning and Project coordination including business modeling, hospital planning, medical equipment specifications and financial planning. His major forte has been in hospital operations including Organization Structure planning, designing Operational Manuals, Departmental guidelines, process flows, implementation of quality systems and protocols, man management, cost containment, conflict management and MIS designing.
