  She has 12 years of experience in Healthcare Operations, strategy formulation, IT & quality initiatives, statutory compliances, training and budgeting. Before Joining Technopak, she has worked with Fortis Healthcare, Max Healthcare & Escorts hospital.

  The core area of expertise include process reengineering, designing SOPs, departmental manuals and guidelines, process flows, implementation of quality systems & protocols, cost containment, managing people and vendor management. She has worked as a core team member in a process reengineering project led by Mckinsey for Fortis Healthcare. Has expertise in identifying performance gaps, designing efficient processes & developing performance review mechanisms.

  She is a post graduate in Hospital Administration from Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur.
